For many people's like us, Instagram is a fun, creative platform that is for sharing memories, stunning photos and videos, and connecting with friends and family. We often forget that beneath the surface of this popular app lies a dark reality 🧐that adversely affects many users.


Instagram’s dark side can be seen in its overwhelming emphasis on perfectionism and unrealistic beauty standards. This can lead to a distorted self-image and an unhealthy obsession with looking perfect. Many Instagram users are constantly striving to achieve the unattainable, often photoshopping images, using filters, and curating the perfect feed. This can be bad to users mental health, as they may become dissatisfied with their own looks and develop insecurities.😑

The use of Instagram poses another problem: comparison😮. Users can often be overwhelmed with feelings of jealousy, envy, and insecurity when scrolling through other people’s feeds. This can be damaging😭, as it can lead to a lack of self-confidence and low self-esteem.😰


In addition to being bad to users mental health, Insta can also lead to its addiction.🤯 Excessive use of the app can be seen as a way of escaping reality, as people become addicted to the validation they receive from their followers. This can lead to a reliance on “likes” and comments, and can become a hindrance to users’ day-to-day lives.😐

Overall, Instagram can be a source of great joy🔥, but it also has its dark side😠😡. It is important to remember that what we see online is often very different from reality, and to be mindful of the adverse effects that excessive use of the app can have on our minds and bodies.

At last i want to tell that use Instagram , watch reels 😁but use it wisely and set some time limit for using it . Nothing is bad if it is done in some quantity , but excessive of it may work for you like poison in the next few years .

Do what you want to do but remember that your parents expectations are much much much more important that Instagram reels .😐
