How to make Sushi at home

 Making Sushi at home :-

Well, we all know that a Sushi 🍣 is a very popular dish from Japan that is enjoyed all over the world. It can be made by using vinegared rice and can be filled with a variety of ingredients like fish, vegetables, egg .
It is not too difficult to make Sushi at home as it may seem, and it is also considered as a fun activity to do with friends and family. 
So let's make Sushi without further delay πŸ˜‡:-

Ingredients needed for Sushi :-

1. Salt
2. Sugar
3. Rice of Sushi (Sushi Rice 🍚)
4. Wasabi 
5. Soya sauce/ ketchup
6. Nori seaweed sheets
7. Fillings of our choices like vegetables, fish, etc.

Instructions needed while making Sushi :-

1. First of all we have to cook the Sushi Rice until the water runs clear, then add some water to the rice in saucepan and boil it. Lower the heat and cover it properly, simmer for 18 - 19 minute or until the water is absorbed fully.
2. Then we have to season the rice in a small saucepan and then we have to mix rice vinegar then sugar and then salt to it. Then we have to heat it until the sugar is fully dissolved in it. Then we have to pour the mixture over cooked rice 🍚 and then mix it well.
3. In the third step we have to prepare the fillings by cutting them into thin slices , if you are using fish then it is very important that to use fresh , properly handled fish 🐟 to ensure the safety.
4. In the fourth step we have to lay out the Nori by placing a Nori seaweed sheet on a mat os sushi(sushi mat) and then keep it in mind that the shiny side of it should face down.
5. In the fifth step we have to add rice by spreading a thin layer of rice over the Nori , leave a 1-inch of border at the top.
6. Then in the sixth step we have to just add the fillings carefully on the top of the rice.
7. Then at last , in the seventh step we have to roll the Sushi 🍣 carefully by lifting it to the bottom of the mat and then roll it towards the border's top then we have to press the roll firmly to shape it perfectly then we have to repeat it until we have a tight roll.
8. Then in the last eighth step we have to just slice the Sushi by cutting the Sushi roll into bite - sized pieces by using a sharp knife πŸ”ͺ, do it carefully πŸ™πŸ™‚.
9. Then at last we have to just serve it with soya sauce/ ketchup and a small dish of wasabi on the side.

We did it!!
